The medical student could not access my records and did not arrive for 25 minutes after the medical assistant left me in the room. The doctor was an additional 35 minutes late leaving me to wait in the exam room for over an hour. They did not come in until I went into the hallway to find someone and ask that they find the doctor.

I have no problem with the staff that aren't doctors. They work very well together and for me. It's the doctors. It's like they have a script and if you're a square peg they keep trying to force-fit you into their round hole even when I have told them over and over again that it doesn't work for me. They can't keep prescribing the same drugs or class of drugs over and over again if I get sick taking them. And then to act like there are no other options is just not acceptable. Also if you're going to ask a patient if they mind residents coming in "with the doctor", they shouldn't come in first and use you as if you are another full appointment to help THEM achieve their position as doctors. If I knew that's what they were going to do I never would have agreed to it. I am a senior and need to know what I'm going to face when I go there. I didn't eat enough and was starving when I left the appointment after TWO hours of being grilled by them, and yes it was like being grilled because they didn't like my answers. Well I'm not going to lie to them that I can't take any of the meds they've given me. If all they can do is push drugs they aren't very good doctors. And none of the specialists they've referred me to have done any differently. Can no one actually practice real medicine anymore? I am old enough and smart enough to remember a time when it was much different. Again, this is NOT ACCEPTABLE healthcare.

Appointment was at 8:20 AM. I was done at 10:45 AM. Unacceptable. Had to pay more for parking and got delayed for other appointments
