Dr Lou was possesses excellent interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of weight loss, and even suggested/ordered ancillary services my pulmonologist did not order. She explained the pros and cons of medication thoroughly.

After checking in, I heard a receptionist ask male receptionist if he asked me if I would like to use a wheel chair (sprained ankle). I heard him say "yes". He DID NOT ask me if I could use a wheel chair. That was VERY disappointing.
