    The only issue that comes up is the availability of follow up appointments. I am instructed by the doctor to schedule a 3 month follow up appointment with her and she is fully booked up. The reason to see the same doctor is for the continuity of care. It appears that follow up appointments with the same caregiver is not prioritized in the system. Dr. Wynee Lou is fantastic and knows my medical needs and approach to my condition so when a follow up appointment that was requested by her cannot fit into her schedule it appears that my continuing health care is not being prioritized.

    Dr. Lou is thorough, professional, and compassionate. I could not ask for a better doctor, or healthcare team than the one that is at this office.

    Dr. Lou was great. She saw me for a same day appointment (as my Dr was unavailable) and was attentive and patient and explained everything. Really apprecaited getting a same day appointment and not having to go to a walk-in clinic.
