I wish Hartford Healthcare would educate their staff on how well to treat patients. I have yet to meet an unfriendly, unsmiling, unprofessional staff member of UCONN. Well, maybe one. Dr. Fraulino's staff contacts me nearly everyday via a phone call or mychart. My questions via mychart are always answered the next day excluding weekends. I feel part of a team with the whole Infectious Disease department at least the members I see reguarly. They are kind, considerate, smiling and seem genuinely happy to see me and Dr. Fraulino Is an excellent communicator. He is confident, and capable and I feel safe In his knowledge concerning my lung disease. He deserves an A+++

Dr. David Fraulino and his team were all wonderful. Dr David Fraulino was so thoughtful, knowledgable of me (as this was my initial consultation setup visit with him) and my medical history and extraordinarily gifted with his sharing of medical ideas and solutions for me. I was very inspired and made confident of him with his future solutions for my health and well being. Highly recommend!

I was seen most recently for an infection in my newly replaced hip joint. Unfortunately my infection fell during the holidays, so perhaps regular staff were not on, however I called with a brief spell of fever and chills, and perhaps my complaint was not of the highest magnitude, however that is how I ended up in the ER in the first place, so I would have appreciated a little more assurance from the office staff. Dr. Fraulino is amazing, and took great pains to describe to my husband and I the process we would encounter, and his recommendations were very well thought out and researched.
