Best experience I have had at UCONN Health - Dr Dillion took all the time needed to work with me on my diagnosis and it was the first time everything was explained to me in detail so that I could make a decision on the treatment. The staff there was also amazing.

It was not a positive experience although not related to Dr Dillon. I was asked to be at the spot 15min early but auto messages started asking me where I was 15 min earlier than that asking if I was in the waiting room. It was unnecessarily distracting and stressful. I arrived 20 min early and found out the provider was running 30 min late. I then had the HCA take my medical history. This was frustrating as I received multiple messages requiring me to fill out the forms in advance, apparently that was time wasted.I would not recommend this office because they simply don't respect my time. I did not need to fill out the paperwork in advance, I did not need to be there 15 min and there was no proactive notice , even as I checked in and asked, to inform me that I was going to miss far more work than I anticipated. The disrespect for me as a paying patient and a working adult was not acceptable. I would request you do better. It is not that difficult.
