I had delivered an MRI 2-weeks prior to this appointment and found that the Dr. Ristau did not have the MRI to review with me. The MRI DVD was delivered by the associate during my meeting with Dr. Ristau and had apparently failed to provide it in a timely manner. Dr. Ristau also did not have the Radiology report to work with until I handed it to him. He also did not have a means of reviewing the DVD with me during this visit. Additionally, he did not have my blood labs to review that were associated with my PSA levels and much more.
