My experience was very good overall. My only negative comments is on how hard it is to schedule an appointment. When calling to make an appointment, I am never able to be helped by the person answering the phone, but am told to wait to have a scheduler call me back. This can take hours, sometimes I miss the call back, and I often end up calling several times before actually speaking to the scheduler. My provider has limited availability, so this means that by the time I make an appointment, it can be much later in the year than I intended. I wish the staff answering the phone could make the appointment, or schedulers were always available so I didn't need to wait for a call back. Or online scheduling would be great.
