Major problems scheduling appointment but after that all good

This was SO MUCH BETTER than my experience a few months ago in your Storrs office. All of the staff in Farmington were kind, and the processes were very clear. Also, this time everyone seemed to have access to the information I had taken the time to complete in the patient portal (medications/supplements). The nurse who took my blood pressure told me what the reading was without me having to ask. She also apologized for the room being cold (which it was). The waiting room was lovely - almost like a (quiet) hotel lobby, with windows, natural light, and comfortable seating. Thank you for not having a noisy TV!!
