Getting out of the parking garage was a nightmare. First I paid for parking using a machine on the 3rd floor. It didn't give me a receipt ( machine on second floor work - third floor occasionally). The when I went to leave someone was stuck not being able to get out. I was the 5th car. 5 minutes an attendant finally came. 2nd car had to move so stuck car back out. Then second flashed the ticket - gate didn't open - had to pay again. Third car had to pay. Car in front of me gate rose and left. I flashed my ticket ( thexmachine thank me for my payment and told me I had 15 minutes to leave - obviously waiting more than 15 minutes to exit and had to pay again???Terrible parking system

Upon calling to make the appointment, I was taken-a-back that there was a long period, approx. 4 weeks, to be seen by the doctor. It surprised me, although I figured my medical issue was NOT urgent, I was not troubled by such a long wait to see the doctor; just surprised. My level of care from everyone was excellent and worth the wait. Also the parking fee of $3.00 is very reasonable fee. Thanks for keeping it low.
