Having had consistently poor experiences in the past 2 years with UCONN Ob/Gyn department, I was prepared to be treated poorly and come away from the appointment feeling dismissed and unheard. I couldn't have been more pleased that the exact opposite occurred with the physician. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. I felt educated and hopeful after seeing her ( and also Christine Biolo who I saw recently too and was likewise a very positive experience ). Dr. Ulrich is an asset to your organization and gave this weary patient a feeling of value that I had lost in my care up until recently.
