    I arrived as described 15 minutes early FIRST thing in the am at 7:15. I walked in with another employee who went to the back and said someone would be right out. There were two others already waiting. Someone came out, took one person and told us someone would be right with us again. 30 minutes after I arrive that same person said someone would be out and another person was waiting with me. An hour and 40 minutes after my SECOND appointment was set to start the same employee who was there at 7:15 came out and brought me back to Janet ROVALINO who then worked to get me to my next appointment in a timely nature. However I was already late for the second appointment. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
