I have recommended UCONN to family and friends, as I have confidence in the professionals that work there. I have yet to be disappointed or turned off by a staff member, and will continue to go the center based on those comments.

Before seeing my provider (Jennifer Ozimek), I was seen by a medical resident and medical student. I had a problem with care received from them which I reached out to Dr. Ozimek about the next day via mychart. She personally responded within a couple hours of sending the message. She was extremely open to hearing my feedback, was apologetic and even offered to call me later in the day if I wanted to chat further. I appreciate how willing Dr. Ozimek always is to hearing what I have to say.
