After the visit I went down to the. Blood draw office under the assumption blood tests were ordered. The tech told me there was no orders on file. At 5:30pm I received a message on MyChart that a blood work order has been created. Now I either have to return to the office which is a 35 minute drive or find something local. A big inconvenience that could have been prevented if the blood work order was created in a timely fashion.
