After 30 years as my doctor - and truly, as a friend - I can honestly say Dr. Nissen has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. From day one, she's been in my corner, not just treating symptoms but truly looking out for me. She's found things others might have missed, guided me toward the proper care, and always helped me take the steps to live a better, healthier life. For 40 years, she's poured her skill, her heart, and her wisdom into her work. She's been an incredible asset to the hospital and to every patient fortunate enough to sit across from her. Someone will step into her role, but she won't ever truly be "replaced" - there's only one Dr. Nissen. She's leaving on a high note, still at the top of her game, and that's precisely how she should. May she live a long, healthy life. And after taking care of so many, may she now take the time to invest in her own health, happiness, and wellness.Thank you, Dr. Nissen, for your dedication, your care, and your friendship. You've made an indelible mark, and you'll be deeply missed.
