Xray had a problem, wait time was long, due to an outside vendor working on something. Staff kept me informed of the reason for the wait, and checked in with me more than once

Although MyChart provides an details of all diagnostic information, I rarely get the sense that providers are aware of this information. I came to UCONN Health Center because I thought that, there would be more of a sense of integrated care. This comment does not related to Dr. Moss, but is more of a general observation. I also have a situation in which a blood chemistry finding should have suggested follow-up (high calcium and pTH). Until I questioned whether there should be follow-up there was no indication that anything was necessary, although lab results definitely showed high levels. In general, there is prompt response to questions via MyChart.
