No referral process until 1 week after the visit after I made 3 phone calls asking if the referral was in process; visit note was generated with ambient listening technology - NO ONE asked permission to use this technology during the visit

Dr Moore and her team worked to get us seen in a timely fashion after a major medical event and hospital stay, then when a blizzard closed the clinic the day we were supposed to be seen, they rescheduled us just a few days later. She went above and beyond to see that I was referred and taken care of by neurologist as soon as possible. Dr Moore is the best possible combination of professional, efficient, and compassionate.

Handicap parking is not usually available. UCONN Health in Storrs is a great office in general.
