This provider was the most thorough Dr I've seen in years, with the exception of the epilepsy Dr I saw at Mount Sinai. During the appt I learned that the Dr I am transferring from was his mentor and a part of why he is in the field he is in. I am happy he is a part of my care team and feel a lot more comfortable about my future treatment and care at UConn going forward with him involved.

I thought the Doctor did listen to me and spent lots of time with me. He made sure to answer any questions and I appreciate that. However, all the referrals he set up for me and said I would be contacted to set up all fell through post appointment as I have never been contacted. I also don't understand how my doctor's referral letter was lost. This was disappointing as my doctor took time to write this and the doctor was never able to see it prior to me, so he only knew of my history based off of past appointments with Hartford Healthcare providers and not any of my other specialists that have been working closely regarding my latest issues and what brought me in for the appointment.
