My experience with Dr. McNeil and his team has been exceptional from the very beginning. I have undergone three surgeries with Dr. McNeil, and each time the level of care, attention, and professionalism has been outstanding. He remains highly engaged in my case, often continuing to consider potential solutions and improvements even after my appointments. On several occasions, I have received follow-up calls with thoughtful suggestions he developed after further reflection, which demonstrates his commitment to providing the best possible care.

When I called, thePA determined that I needed to be seen right away. The scheduler squeezed me in to Dr. McNeill's already full schedule. Even though the wait in the waiting room was a bit long, everyone treated me with courtesy. Dr. Mc Neill spent more than 45 minutes with me, worked with me on a treatment plan, referred me for immediate labs and X-rays, and personally walked me to the scheduler to make sure everything was clearly communicated. This is truly impressive customer service, and excellent medical care.
