Dr. Manger and I set up a follow-up appointment during this visit. I received a message in MyChart confirming that appointment from Stacy.

Example: I couldn't find my cell phone as I was ready to leave. I was, naturally, freaking out. Staff at the reception desk helped me look for it, conferred with the medical student who had been in the exam room who confirmed and distinctly remembered that I had it in my hand, and - thanks to all that - I eventually found it UNDER the paper on the exam table. Just the kind of experience I always have at that office IN ADDITION to excellent and extremely skilled medical care. It can make a HUGE difference in the overall experience. Cudos to all of them.
