At the end of the appointment it would have been helpful to direct me how to find the way out. There were a lot of maize-like hallways.

I had an appointment my first orthopedic appointment for my foot. I called on my way. It was scheduled for 2 o'clock that I was running a few minutes late when I called to let them know, the lady on the phone was very rude and she said no more than five minutes so I pulled into the garage at 2:06 so I called to reschedule the appointment because it was past five minutes late. I was on hold on the line for 15 minutes. I finally spoke with somebody. I told her I could reschedule because I understand that I could not be seen that late. She insisted that I go in and I still be seen. I went in after she insisted when I went into the room the nurse practitioner came in Tara and she was speaking so fast she made it know that I came late and she made me feel uncomfortable right off the bat she reminded me that I pushed back her patients and that I need to be on time next time. She quickly asked me questions. She kept speeding through whenever I started to give her answer. She cut me off to the next question she quickly wrote them down on her paper. She asked me if I brought in images from the hospital and I said no I Mentioned that they could be on my chart and she said "I can't access that that's not my job" Then she pulled up the imaging and quickly spread through it again I couldn't even understand Work here many of the things she was saying because she kept talking so quickly she just kept rushing through. She looked at my foot within 2 minutes was rushing through and when she touched it, I made a face because it hurt I did that she looked up at me and kept asking why I was making that face and when I told her it hurt and she looked at me she goes "really that hurts?" With a confused face and an attitude making me feel comfortable. She quickly rushed through the diagnosis the treatment plan as she read the cream she wanted me to use I couldn't understand because she kept rushing through and was talking so fast. I asked her if it was OK that I was working on my feet and she looked at me and said " Well, you've been doing it up to this point and you've been fine haven't you?" She ran out to do a referral. She gave me two ankle wraps and that was it. I was reminded by the receptionist, for I was to see her that she saw me, but I would rather have rescheduled, and then not in being seen if this was how it was going to be seen, and she was very rude. She rushed through everything she didn't take the time to actually go through my foot and anything that I was concerned about The appointment of itself. I was probably in there for five or 10 minutes at most. She was just rushing through to "see me" and on to her next patient, she showed no care about my well being. I left the appointment with more confusion than I had started with and I will be making an appointment with a different orthopedic for a second opinion.
