Dr. Luciano exceeds all of my expectations as a clinician. She has a sharp mind, is engrossed in the literature about the field, can relay that information in an understandable way, and is curious about me as a human and not just "the next patient". I suspect she cultivates that culture throughout her office, based on the level of kindness and professionalism I was met with in every encounter (check-in, check-out, and medical assistant). This is a model I wish more providers would implement!
