My needs and concerns were not met. The provider spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me and I still left having to contact the office for further discussion of my medical concerns. I reached out to the office regarding what happened and still did not have my concerns addressed. I was told one thing and nothing was done or considered after the provider was spoken to. I am looking to leave UConn as a long time patient after this is the 3rd experience I have now had with physicians at the UConn practice. I would love to speak to someone else to see if my concerns can be addressed. I am throughly disappointed on this on going experience. No patient should feel this way and still have their concerns go unaddressed especially with regards to their health.

Dr. Lu listens. She is concerned about me as a patient and my symptoms.
