    There was an issue with the staff not being informed on my health care benefits coverage for this annual visit and they tried to cancel my appointment at the last minute without verifying my coverage. I had to intercede and call Aetna who made a conference call to the office to confirm my coverage as I was on my way driving to the appointment. This created undo stress.
