It was a an annual follow-up visit. On time and informative. Good analysis. Helpful answers to questions.

A med student spoke to me first, left the room and reported what we discussed to Dr. Kim. They both came back to the room to finish the appointment. I would rather have spoken directly to Dr. Kim for the full appointment. I had the impression she was in a hurry.

Overall good. Medical records weren't fully merged from other providers.

My experience at the Storrs office of UConn Health is consistently outstanding from the receptionist at my arrival all through to the end. I am very grateful to have this service that I can depend on so close to home.
