Dr. Kaul takes the time to review my concerns with me and helps me the best she can. I appreciate it

Dr seemed concerned about Rx history, which I thought was in MyChart, but she said it was not. If exact dosage history would be needed, why not tell the patient ahead of time, so they can look for and compile the information. Also, if residents or interns will be conducting the office visit, it would be less confusing if the Dr came in first and introduced the others and give patients the option to have or not have the trainees conduct the visit.
