Very good experiences. I can only say that my last visit to the Department of Urology I DID NOT RECEIVE THE USUAL TREATMENT.

I was referred by primary care dr. When the appt was made I specifically asked if my issue would be addressed. Person clarified that dr would not address corns,calluses, or do any shaving on foot. I told her I had an ingrown toenail. At visit, dr briefly examined feet, offered diabetic shoes , orthotics, and indicated she was ordering ultrasound for legs??? My Issue was addressed by telling me I should see another dr for my nail. Not the care I expect from UConn. The appt with this provider should not have been made but I think I should have been directed to the proper provider. Whether I need ultrasound of legs and definitely not interested in dietetic footwear. Very disappointed. Waist of my time and money.
