My biggest complaint was the time to see this provider. The consult was first scheduled over three months after the request. Then the provider's office called to postpone it two weeks. On the day of that appointment, the office called to postpone it for another couple of hours, making me re-arrange my plans for the day. It's my understanding that each re-scheduling was due to the doctor's needs.
