I've visited 3 different UCONN Med facilities in the past 3-6 months. In reviewing the meds your system has on file for me, we discovered numerous which were very outdated, inaccurate, &/ I had no clue why they were in my file. I've had 1 change to my meds & scripts in the last 6+ months. Very odd & concerning why these "questionable meds" were not caught during the prior 2 UCONN Med visits. Hmm
