I have seen Dr. Grant-Kels for many years, and she often has a student accompanying her - the nurse always checks with me first for approval. All of the students I have met over the years were very very good, but the student on this particular visit was exceptional. She was not just kind, but inquisitive and thorough, and super helpful, listening to my concerns as I recently had a left radical nephrectomy - not through UConn Health because they couldn't schedule It soon enough for me. I could tell this student Is well on her way to becoming a wonderful doctor.I would not be coming all the way out to Farmington for a dermatologist If it wasn't for Dr. Grant-Kels.
