Dr. Foley is the only physician I trust with my pulmonary issues. Was recently hospitalized at another hospital and found the physician staff both hospitalists and pulmonary subpar, left AMA and immediately contacted Dr. Foley for advise and request for appointment which I will gladly pay out of pocket for. The only thing I will say is if the Aetna issue was not going on I would have gone to UCONN initially to seek help
