Office seems like there are never any people at the front desk. Checkin procedures took forever and they only had one person there working. When you call it takes so long for an answer that it routes you to the general UConn line. However staff is very nice and good at their jobs, it just seems like there's not enough coverage in the office. You need to make sure these offices are staffed enough.

I was examined by a very competent young woman and given a new eye glass prescription. She was excellent.

The assistants who work with Dr. Farris are all very very supportive, respectful, and helpful.

The staff worked very well together. The office was very efficient and organized. That is very rare in todays medical field.
