    Dr Kevin Dieckhaus and the talented medical assistant I saw gave me top notch professional, comprehensive, empathetic care in a very timely fashion. Dr D worked hard to ensure he had time for my case, shared that he was committed to getting me the care I needed. Not only did Dr D and his team get me the medicine I needed, but they did so in a way that gave me optimism and hope during a difficult time for me.This experience could not possibly be improved upon.

    Excellent office and staff. Wished parking fee was covered - I had to pay for it.

    Overall 100 out of 100. I was born with perinatal hiv. I was told by a couple healthcare providers I wouldn't live this long. However those providers are in the children's medical center. Not UConn. What the help and guiding hand of Dr Kevin D. I am still alive and thriving. I have good days and bad days. But even on the worst days I can call this hospital. Someone will answer. Someone will call me back and someone cares. I've been to a lot of hospitals. No one comes close to farmington. In my little world you guys are perfect! From the food in the cafeteria to the valet parking. Thank you for your time.

    Although I didn't learn anything new, wasn't already aware of I appreciated the time the doctor took to discuss my condition and order tests to check for possible contributing factors.
