In my opinion they were very professional, they cared about solving my doubts, I felt very comfortable and confident that my health is in good hands.

Unfortunately my appointment was changed quite a few times and kept getting pushed out. It seems the people calling me did not really care that I had been bumped to later dates multiple times. Dr. DeGroff went above and beyond to be able to fit me in. She is the best provider I could ask for, I just feel she has been let down by the support staff/call center and their lack of concern.

Feel very comfortable speaking to my provider about anything. She actually listens to me, and I don't feel ignored or rushed out of my appointment(s).

I liked Dr. DeGroff more than my previous OBGYN doctor.
