The PA (or nurse?) who took my vitals and administered the gait assessment and eye test asked me the routine question "Are you safe at home?" After I answered "yes" she said "So, nobody is beating you up then?" I guess it was meant as a joke but this seemed quite inappropriate. I should have mentioned it to Dr. Degnall at the time but I didn't.
