The doctor was apparently running behind, so my appointment was for 2:30 and I didnt a actually see the doc until 3:45!! I am a patient-facing employee so this was stressful as I was using PTO time to be there and was worried that I wouldnt be back in time to see my own patient. Once the doc was with me she was very nice but spoke really fast, was rushed, and I had to ask her to examine me physically- seems like she wouldnt have if I hadnt asked. This was a follow up appointment because my symptoms had not improved even after certain interventions. So not doing an exam seemed inappropriate to the situation.
