My appointment was scheduled for 3:15. I arrived at 3:05. I waited in the waiting room until 3:45. I then waited in the examining room until well after 4 pm. The lights went out at one point so I opened he exam room door thinking they'd forgotten I was there. It was then that the doctor arrived with sincere apologies that they were running late. I accepted the apology but was left with a question. Could an associate have popped in and explained the delay?
