Excellent process

As my sister has Alzheimer's, she cannot answer correctly many of the questions asked. I think there should be time made for me to speak privately with the doctor about concerns, to answer questions correctly, etc., so as to ensure the right information is provided. On this appointment, I had to step out into a non-private hallway to quickly explain a few answers. I realize that asking her questions does provide a sense of her cognition, but I want to be sure that the correct overall picture is seen.

Dr Berg always goes over and above- she responds quickly and efficiently to any requests- she takes her time and listens and is patient.
