    In a prior appointment, I sat in the office for 45 minutes until they realized she wasn't even in that day (Bautista)This past appointment, she didn't even know why I was in (approval for a surgery)And more importantly, she made my life harder by sending an unnecessary message to have me be approved by my sleep apnea physician who is currently out on leave (she should of known that since it's in her own department) and should of reviewed my treatment herself and made my life easier...I will never go see her again
