Everyone is polite there and seem genuinely happy.

Doctor was rude from the start, which created a hostile atmosphere

There was no staff when I was leaving and I was not called the following day to have next appointments scheduled.

There needs to be a table for patients to rest their arms when blood pressure is being taken. There isn't anyway for a patient to relax their arm around the heart level of their chest.
