I initiated contact for a hand problem through MyChart and found my provider was leaving the practice and had no available time. However, I was offered an appointment the same day in the afternoon with an alternate provider, Dr Arvan. She assured me I would still have primary care there in Simsbury. This is where mychart was very helpful. She reviewed my problem list and prescription list with me, and then helped me understand my hand problem while referring me to orthopedics. That she could "fill in" so easily is a credit to the practice overall

Problems with Lab personnel on Hopmeadow St. I've addressed with Patient Complaint Dept or directly with the Lab staff.

The front desk receptionist was a little brisk
