    Dr Alam staff seem to always work hard to respond or get a response to our questions or reactions to any intermittent symptoms we encounter between visits.

    I was very impressed that I was called based on med renewal needed appointment. Since I was caught in the UConn Aetna my follow up appointment was canceled resulting in long interval of not being seen Dr Alam did her best to help me catch up in allotted time in this appointment.

    Although I did not see the provider within 15 minutes, assistant began this pre-op exam within that time. I felt everyone worked well together. I was able to ask questions. My experience with Dr. Alam and staff has been excellent. I have referred friends to her.

    Dr. Alam was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind.She was prepared for the visit and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend her.I am really glad she is my primary care physician!
