The experience with the people was excellent. However, there was no attempt to provide directions, which became a problem for this, my first appointment at Bldg 300. There was no signage for BLDG 300, no advice about parking, and the GPS took me to Bldg 200 and then had me drive around the campus, tryied to get me to enter staff parking lots and then into neighborhoods - wasted 45 minutes of my time. Once someone kindly let me enter BLDG 200, a lovely medical student helped locate the place of the appt. Even the name of the department was unknown to me - A Psorias Dept? I would have wandered aimlessly and finally given up without Seeing the doctor. Please, a little TLC for new patients will go a long way. Thank you.

Care excellent but practice feels too much like a factory farm

Dr. Aiudi provided a thorough skin check & treated affected lesion. As always, she takes her time explaining any health issues & listens to my concerns. She is compassionate & has professional bedside manner.
