Dr Zachariah was truly outstanding - it was our 1st time meeting her and I could not have felt more comfortable and well cared for. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything so well. I truly appreciate her balance of being able to deliver challenging news/potential complications in a way that got it across, but was highly emotionally intelligent. I hope she helps to train resident doctors (if she wants to) because she is how every doctor should be.
