The student Dr. Was very knowledgeable in my health conditions as well. Impressive

When I went to the room and spoke to the nurse, she asked if I minded if a resident observed the appointment. And I said are they just going to observe and she said yes and I said OK. But the resident came in alone and started asking me a ton of questions and I have mental health problems and broke down. I came to see Dr. Lenora Williams not a resident and was told she was just going to observe then she asked to get my exam and I said no then she asked to stay in the room and I said no I think you need to be upfront before you say they're just going to observe . So my ratings are more of a combination of the resident because I totally went into a meltdown/panic attack

Kind, calming, Friendly

Dr. Williams was, as always, very compassionate and did a wonderful job of easing my anxiety about the procedure.
