Dr. Shames sat and talked with me until all my questions and concerns were answered and discussed. This was a late afternoon appointment (but not his last of the day) and we talked for quite a while. I left with information, but piece of mind as well.

The speedy nature of being seen was much appreciated and even Dr Shames was timely into the room. He was direct, and friendly.
