Janet R is very nice but had to rush through the visit since there was a limited time for our first session. She explained this as the reason she had to rush through. I tried to rush to give her information I felt was important to me. She explained that we will have more time to speak about my case on our next visit. I mentioned that I'm in a toxic work environment and she was quick to say she doesn't get involved in that. I do need help to learn better vocal skills in response to the stressful work environment but now am feeling afraid to speak about the work environment. I'll see as I have subsequent appointments.
