Dr. Pickett listened to my concerns about my complex history and helped me accept the decision for CRT. He had a sense of humor which honestly helped deal with the seriousness of my medical condition. I left feeling that we were on the same page about next steps in the process. I had hope that CRT could restore my heart to a more normal function and give me a better outcome.
