As a new patient to the practice, I wish Dr. Nieves said "Welcome to the practice" rather that "what can I help you with today." It felt like he didn't recognize that he was going to be my new PCP. I had done a lot of research and it took some time to great to this point after moving to a new area. A bit more cordiality would have been nice.

Dr Nieves took be good care of my con condition, the fact that I could communicate with him on my on language made easier for me to explain.
