Dr. Mallet is an excellent dermatologist. She knows her patients, is very experienced and knowledgeable, is up-to-date on treatments for each patient's condition or disease, and is very warm and personable. She is easy to work with and goes out of her way to accommodate the patient's needs. Wonderful physician who cares.

Very poor. Doctors could not tell me how or why I was getting the skin condition presented. Biopsy revealed nothing! She said she would order a steroid cream for me at my pharmacy. She never did! I even wrote her again to remind her. Still nothing. This had to be one of the worst experiences I ever had with a first doctor visit. No follow-up was scheduled. Also, I was the only person in the waiting room when I arrived. I checked in and 15 minutes later received a text asking me if I had arrived in the waiting area yet! Worst service imaginable. Will not go back to this doctor again. Need to do MUCH better there!

Outside of the incident I just explained I am always 100% happy with all the staff I come in contact with and I pray it stays the same as I really like UCONN and I'm always telling people to go thete.
