There should be more information on navigating the parking lot of this facility. Despite getting lost and being late for the appt everyone was extremely accommodating and kind to me.

The auto insert in the ,medical note was not accurate. There was an indication in the note that MD shared extensive information re a condition I have however this was not accurate and clearly was an auto insertion in the note. This is problematic use of EPIC options and gives a false impression of what actually was shared. The MD did give me one line about the condition and offered a medication but there was not an extensive explantations constituting an entire paragraph of detailed information. This is not the fault of the MD, there was a scribe present but more a concern with the auto insert options in the EPIC system.
