Unfortunately, my overall experience was not a positive one. The communication with the doctor was very poor. I felt that she was rude and dismissive throughout the appointment, which made me extremely uncomfortable. It was difficult to have an open and honest conversation because of her tone and attitude. Additionally, some of the questions she asked seemed irrelevant to the reason for my visit and did not appear to have anything to do with my medical records or the care I was seeking. I left the appointment feeling unheard and frustrated, which is not how any patient should feel after a medical consultation.

Dr. Liang was very professional, I feel like I'm in great hands.

Dr. Liang is very thorough, kind and patient. She explains well, listens to my concerns and questions and follows thru on everything. I would recommend her to any family or friends in need of her expertise.

I like how direct and clear the doctor was. Got some good information and looking forward to the procedure.
