    The woman who checked me in upon walking into the office, the woman who took my name and gave me my stickers to give to the medical assistant was very rude, short and made it seem as if I was a complete inconvenience. She was rude while talking to me. Talked to me as if I was a bother to her for asking a simple question. She made all sorts of noises under her breath. Rolled her eyes at me and was talking to me as if I were a child. This was the first time I've ever been treated like that at this office and I hope it is the last.

    The Doctor explained everything to me that was taking place. He even showed me the camera video of the procedure he did. Excellent

    The botox clinic scheduling method occasionally has me pushed past the 13 week when I need another botox shot. Its very debilitating to struggle to speak.
